The IceHouse Youth Theatre Summer Camps for ages 5-18

Summer camps from the IceHouse Youth Theatre This summer we are proud to announce a complete schedule of educational and fun camps for children from 5-18 years old. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

 

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy".

Paleo vs Vegan      Nutrition goes really deep.  It seems the deeper you go the deeper it gets, and like the roots of a tree, it goes off in many directions.  So when I'm at a dinner party and I get the proverbial, "What should I eat", as they are nibbling on pizza (should I give them the 'pizza effect' lecture?), and sipping on beer (the 'liquid bread' lecture?), I wonder where I should start. So when someone asks, "Which is better, Paleo or Vegan?", at least they are pointing me in a direction...
